Home delivery. We can send it to your home or to your place of work. * We use the transport agency MRW, and delivery in Spain is usually in 24 hours (weekdays) for the peninsula (counted as when the shipment leaves our warehouse), and 24 / 48 hours for Portugal **. Only if you live in a locality whose nearest MRW agency is too far away can the order be delayed until 48 hours.

Shipments will be made to different countries depending on the characteristics of the products and the laws in force in the country of destination, previously calculated. Bonsaimotorworld reserves the right to cancel an order based on problems with the shipment of the product to that country or difficulties in calculating the price of the shipment by weight and measures thereof; We would contact you to let you know this incident and reach a solution.

Each order may include a single delivery address. If you need to deliver it to several addresses, please, you will have to place an independent order for each one of them.

Cost of the order:

The shipping costs are calculated based on the product itself; Weight and measurements and type of shipment.


If you choose the bank transfer method of payment, we will begin to prepare your order at the moment we receive the transfer.

In times of sales and at Christmas time the orders may be delayed since the transport company does not guarantee delivery times due to the large volume of deliveries.
The distribution is made from Monday to Friday, not including holidays or weekends. Two delivery attempts are included, so it is very convenient that you provide us with your telephone number so that the agency can contact you in case you are absent at the time of delivery. If both delivery attempts are unsuccessful, you will have to pick up your order at your nearest MRW office or pay the additional cost for making a third delivery to the carrier.

In the case of incorrect address or that you want to change the shipping address once the order has already left our warehouse, this will carry an additional cost of transport. We will contact you to indicate the cost of these efforts.

With the confirmation of the order you will receive an email indicating the delivery note number, telephone number of the delivery agency and possibly a tracking number, with which you will be able to know the situation of your package.

In addition, should any incident occur, you will be notified so that it can be resolved as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays in deliveries attributable to the courier company, or the possible losses caused by them and therefore make it impossible for your order to arrive within the aforementioned deadlines, but in case there is any of these two incidents, we will try to solve it as quickly as possible so that you have your order as soon as possible, keeping you informed throughout the process.

Return of orders:

We also give you the option to return if you change your mind when you receive your order. You have a maximum of 7 business days to process it.

To request the return, you have to contact us and tell us what you need to return and the reason.
The product you wish to return must be in perfect condition, as it was delivered and without having been used, otherwise we can not assume its return.

In this case, we will not be responsible for the shipping costs generated by this procedure.

We will proceed to return of the money once we verify that the product or products in question are in perfect condition and ready to be put on sale again (from the day that the product arrives and we check its perfect condition until the return it may take 7 business days maximum).

In the event that you would like to make a full refund of the order and having found both the box and the products in perfect condition, we will proceed to the refund of the amount of the products, discounting the expenses generated by the transportation of said order. These expenses may differ from those charged in the platform of our website because its cost is reduced to become more competitive. We will notify you of this amount before proceeding to return the money.

If your products are damaged, or defective or are incorrect:

If when you receive your order the products are damaged or do not correspond to what you have bought (for this last one, we apologize in advance) we offer you two possibilities to proceed with the return:

A) The refund of the amount of the product / products in question.
B) The re-shipment of the products (as long as we have stock) taking charge of the shipping costs.
In either of these two cases it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible what has been the problem to be able to proceed with the return process and give you the instructions to solve it.

What to do if a broken or damaged box arrives as a consequence of transportation:
In that case, do not accept the order and write down the problem on the carrier’s delivery note. Once we have news of the problem and we can compare the information with the transport agency, we will replace the goods in the shortest time possible.

In case you accept the box, write down on the delivery note of the carrier that the box came with a blow or a break and under no circumstances throw out the broken box or the damaged goods, since the transport company will need it for the experts to assess the damage and for us to make the replacement of damaged items. Be aware, too, that they may come to ask for pictures to make the assessment.

If you do not follow these steps, the transport company will consider that the order has been delivered without incident, and therefore, it will be impossible to replace the damaged items.
